Peacham Fire Department Certifications
In addition to being certified for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) use and interior firefighting, many members of the department have additional certifications. Some of these include:
- Hazardous materials
- Awareness level Hazardous materials
- Operations level Cold Water Rescue
- Ice Rescue
- Vehicle Extrication
- Forestry firefighter
- CPR/AED
- Emergency Medical Technician
- Medical First Responder
Members have also been trained in the use of the Incident Command System (ICS) and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
